How can we help?
If you have a good technique you will:
- be able to go faster
- be able to hold on longer
- do more with less effort
So analyzing is what we do.
The best way to do that is in real life, so we can have instant feedback, work with the adjusted technique, analyze again, provide feedback, work with it, etcetera.
Other ways is to send us video's with which we can make the analysis. While analyzing we can have live contact and discuss it. With the adjustments you will go work with it and we have a new session some time later.
This way you have to/can do more yourself in your own time. Disadvantage is that you perhaps have no-one to look at you and observe the execution. Another disadvantage is that with the feedback given you can't work with it immediately.
We don't believe in a golden rule for execution a task. Every athlete is different with a different body, (muscle) lengths, perhaps injuries, flexibility, etcetera. What works for one athlete does not mean it will work for you.
